Kamini Kusum has a PhD in Management and has worked as an HR professional in various multinational organizations, such as TCS, HCL, etc., for several years. She is now a full-time writer. Being in the literary world for over eight years, Kamini has penned Dare to Shine a non-fiction account on leading women changemakers in India, seven novels and thirty-two digital books. Her books are well-known for their strong female leads. She gives strong voices to her female characters, creating empowered heroines. Currently, she is enjoying editing Hindi books as well as working on her next book.
